SHIPPING POLICY

We currently only ship within the US. Please note that all orders take 2-7 business days with the exception of holidays, natural disasters and/or inclement weather related events and COVID-19 related staffing shortages.

  • All orders are shipped Monday-Friday
  • All orders placed before 2:00pm CST will be shipped the same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm CST will be shipped out the following business day
  • Please note: we take as many precautionary steps and measure when packaging your order to ensure no damage is done during delivery. However, by ordering product online you are agreeing to not holding us solely responsible for damaged good upon delivery. If you do have damage done please contact us immediately.
  • Due to COVID-19 we have been informed by all delivery services that they can not guarantee delivery times
  • In order to assist in sustainability, the packaging used to ship your purchase may be shipped using a reused box with marking related to other vendors.

  • FREE local curbside pickup (by 2pm CST, must call 405.930.3772 or text message 405.456.9723 to confirm you qualify for this)

COVID-19

At The Medspa @50th, we understand the health and concerns for all during the COVID-19 pandemic. We want to ensure you that we are taking all safety precautions by using gloves and face masks during fulfillment and delivery. Our staff wear gloves whenever they handle products and use hand sanitizer along with sanitizing wipes/sprays when needed. We are not only in the business of beauty, but we are also in the business of health and wellness. At The Medspa @50th, we take the safety of our staff, customers, and community seriously. We are here for you every step of the way!


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We are unable do refunds or exchanges of products at this time. If you receive a damaged item, a mistake in your order, or any other additional concerns or complaints you must contact us at our shop contact within 24 hours of delivery to you. You may contact us by phone or email:

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, The Medspa @50th will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


LOST OR STOLEN PURCHASES

We ask that you notify us within 1 week of receiving confirmation of shipment if your package has a status of delivered but is missing. After receiving your report of a lost package, we will open a support ticket with USPS and attempt to have it located. The Medspa @50th is not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address.
